Orders can be place with us via email, through our facebook page, by telephone or in person.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO DELIVERY CHARGES A MINIMUM ORDER OF £35 WHERE COURIER DELIVERY SERVICE IS REQUIRED. A MINIMUM SPEND OF £25 IS REQUIRED PER MEAT BOX.
Card payments cannot be accepted at this time. Presently payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash. River Croft Ltd does not accept cheques. Payment is due before or a collection of produce or services.
Online shopping - confirmation of your order being placed this is to indicate that we have received your order, it does not constitute a contract between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order thus initiate a contract. This term in added as a safe guard should their be a pricing error or shortfall in stock levels. We will contact you as soon as possible if such a situation arises.
All the products sold online are classified as Basic Foodstuffs by HMRC so are VAT exempt.
If for any reason you are unhappy with our service or produce please contact us immediately and we will do whatever we can to remedy the situation.
A free weekly delivery service is available within the city of Inverness and throughout Strathnairn (delivery days are confirmed on receipt of order).
Nationwide courier service is available at cost - price is dependent upon the order which will be advised on request. All orders will be dispatched within 4 working days from date of order and will be delivered using an overnight courier service. All deliveries must be signed for.
The packaging materials used are specifically designed and certified for the carriage of fresh food produce with the dry ice keeping the products cool for up to 24 hours.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
