Made from organic, free range pork. Sourced and supplied to us from Trome!
Made to a traditional Cretan recipe using pork from a 170 acre remote pig farm in the Rethymno region of Crete. The pigs are reared in a free-raange environment and are fed an exclusive organic diet.
The sausages are smoked using Olive wood, sage, thyme, marjoram, oregano along with "stamnagathi", a wild leafy green that grows mainly in Crete - it is considered by Cretan's as an ingredient for well-being & longevity
