As part of SALAR's own special unique recipe, heather honey and thyme are rubbed into lightly seasoned Scottish superior Salmon fillet, the seasoned fillets are then slowly smoked over oak before more honey is added to marry the the flavours further.
Each portion is hand cut and retains the rich omega three oils throughout the process,
