Although supplied to us by Trome! in Inverness, this cheese is handmade by a small dairy in the centre of the Peloponnese. Made from milk of sheep & goat's that graze on the surrounding mountains of Arcadia. The authentic Feta is aged in beech barrels for a minimum of 3 months to give it it's distinctive rich, salty and crumbly Feta.
INGREDIENTS: Pasturised Sheep & Goat's Milk, Salt, Rennet
