Straight from Crete to the Highlands!
This new cheese pie is sourced from the village Anogia in Crete and it is featuring an amazing combination of Cretan feta and mizithra cheese and a hint of Greek pine honey! The dough is traditionally made in a Greek village style. To top it off toasted sesame only adds to the creamy flavour!
It can be enjoyed any time of the day by itself or with a salad.
